jamie at reception was brilliant and upgraded our room, giving us access to the lounge with a fantastic choice of food. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the apartment was spacious and clean with all the amenities provided. the breakfast had a great selection of items and the area was quiet and safe, with easy access to attractions and a nearby mini market.

I chose to stay at Hyatt Regency solely for its proximity to Dubai Frame, which I've always wanted to visit. To my surprise, the complimentary shuttle to Burjuman Shopping Mall was convenient. The dining area and seating with a flat-screen TV in the accommodation were lovely.

The service was excellent, with quick and helpful responses from staff. The valet and laundry services were also great. The bathroom was spacious and well lit. The hotel's location was convenient, with nearby attractions and amenities within walking distance. a enjoyable stay with great facilities and service.
