jamie at reception was brilliant and upgraded our room, giving us access to the lounge with a fantastic choice of food. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the apartment was spacious and clean with all the amenities provided. the breakfast had a great selection of items and the area was quiet and safe, with easy access to attractions and a nearby mini market.

I was pleasantly surprised to check in early, which made my day much more convenient. The spacious apartment, equipped with a clean kitchen and fast internet, added great comfort to my family's stay. I'll recommend this hotel.

I chose to stay at Hyatt Regency solely for its proximity to Dubai Frame, which I've always wanted to visit. To my surprise, the complimentary shuttle to Burjuman Shopping Mall was convenient. The dining area and seating with a flat-screen TV in the accommodation were lovely.
Long check-in wait and minibar charge.

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and well lit, with touchscreen-controlled lights. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities. The service was excellent, with quick and helpful responses from staff. The valet and laundry services were also great. The bathroom was spacious and well lit. The hotel's location was convenient, with nearby attractions and amenities within walking distance. a enjoyable stay with great facilities and service.
Lack of extras like slippers, bathrobes, dental kit, and iron in the room.

the hotel was spotless, and the location was so convenient - especially the staff at the front desk. they helped with everything! and the security team found our lost items super fast. impressive service!
